My last Va. showcase was one to remember with 2 amazing season openers. On Friday I wanted to step outside my comfort zone and show my versatility. I pr’d and ran US #11 all time in the 500 (1:11.94). I cap off the weekend by making history. I’m honored to break sydneymclaughlin16 300m National Record with the time of 36.63.
