The Pittsburgh Harlequins Rugby Football Association (PHRFA) was founded in 1995 as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit youth mentoring organization. Today, we announce a return to our culture of youth mentoring and coaching! Youth Rugby will be available to all kids ages 9-14 in the East End for FREE! We are more than excited to partner with the local community to provide enrichment for kids in need and teach the values of rugby!
