Back when finding a proper lomo saltado was a rarity in Miami, salmonsalmonmiami was one of the few places that did it correctly—and their version is still great. They use big chunks of sirloin, the onions are crisp but not raw, the tomatoes are just blistered without falling apart, and the french fries are hot and crunchy. Plus, everything is a little charred from being stir-fried in a pan so hot it probably hurts to look at. #EEEEEATS #InfatuationMiami
