On June 11 at Herbert Von King Park, they are hosting CareFreeBlackGirl CookOut: an interactive day festival that promotes black women empowerment, entrepreneurship and the arts! Sharing this event way in advance because FREE tickets sell out quickly. There are a few levels of tickets currently on Eventbrite (link in bio or stories) FREE (100% free), GIRL ($5 entry) and BLACK (comes with merch and a goodie bag for $20).
