Super easy and simple meal that comes together in 20 minutes!
As someone with ulcerative colitis, I watch what I eat when I’m at home since I do food blogging for a living! The fiance who eats “regular” foods can never tell the difference when I whip up a meal that is dairy free + gluten free.
At wholefoods I picked up:
• jovialfoods pasta- my favorite made with one ingredient, brown rice, and tastes like “regular” pasta
• amylu chicken meatballs! So tender, juicy, and easy to make it seem like you’ve spent hours cooking 😉
• gothamgreens vegan pesto is THAT GIRL.
• credofoods Alfredo Rosa- a new find!
Cook the pasta to directions, pan fry the meatballs and add the two sauces together with a little pasta water! Voila! Enjoy!
