The Singapore Airlines flight that killed 73-year-old Geoffrey Kitchen started out like any other, but things took a turn 11 hours into the trip. The Boeing 777 suffered extreme turbulance over the Indian Ocean, causing passengers to be launched into the ceiling. It’s suspected that Kitchen suffered a fatal heart attack as the aircraft dropped 6,000 feet in a matter of minutes.
