Give a big Chin-Up welcome to Ginger, our new coach of Chin-Up! She has settled in teaching our Mon & Wed 6:15pm classes, and you can catch her every other Saturday for our 9:30am class!
A little bit about Ginger: "Ginger’s love for fitness started when she began dancing and playing sports as a kid. After graduating from college, she found a big gap in her life without organized sports and dance. Ginger is dedicated to creating a space where her client’s learn to lift well, gain strength and use that strength to find the courage to build the life they really want!"
