DISHING ON… the #bartacosecret taco: the mojo pork carnitas taco! juicy + tender shredded pork seared with a tangy, sweet + spicy mojo sauce then topped with tomatillo sauce and garnished with onion and cilantro. WHAT I GOT: - the #bartacosecret taco (available now until 1/17/2022) - spiced chicken verde taco - crispy oyster taco - sesame ribeye taco - glazed pork belly taco - guac + roja + verde + chips WAS IT WORTH IT: most definitely! bartaco was such a popular place in Boulder, and I am so excited to have a spot opened in LoHi. I 100% trying out the secret taco, but can’t not suggest the glazed pork belly. It is ALWAYS a crowd favorite. bartaco is great for a date night, capping the night off with a spicy marg or a night out with friends!
