I'm an 8th generation Texan (I'm a genealogy nerd and did a lot of digging on Ancestry. I'm German and Swedish and come from a long line of farmers.)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. My high school had an awesome Floral Design program, and I was a competitive plant judge and was on the flower ID team with FFA. We placed 2nd in the state.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Me and my husband got married here at his family ranch in La Grange in 2011. I was always obsessed with this wide open pasture where we used to go watch the stars. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. My hubby and I had our first date 20(!) years ago! The first day we met, he gave me a ride on the back of his bicycle and we listened to The Toadies on my friend's roof.
