A fitting show opener for this year’s theme, ‘Carnival of Flowers,’ is Scruffles the Clown, known for his fun balloon creations! 🎈You can also look forward to an assortment of crafts and art for sale, along with plants and shrubs that will be available for purchase at wholesale prices.
