HAPPENINGS. The Stetís ímexstowx (Walk Beside Us) Gathering will be happening on Saturday, September 30th from 10am-2pm at Thunderbird Square in Abbotsford’s Civic Plaza (32388 Veterans Way). Abbotsford community partners have collaborated to present this commemorative event in honour of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We invite the public and media to join us in a momentous event as we acknowledge our commitment to Truth and Reconciliation on the Traditional, Ancestral, Unceded, and Shared territories of the Stó:lō people, Mathxwí First Nation, Semá:th First Nation, and Leq’á:mel First Nation. 🧡 All ages are welcome to this free indoor/outdoor event, where we will come together to learn and share.
