#SMLionTerm is in full swing! Over the next week and a half, students will engage in immersive, interdisciplinary, and responsive learning. Starting the week strong, Cooking & Culture: Around the World in 80 Plates created charcuteries in the Patterson-Sculley House kitchen. This course is an instructional exploration of how food staples are imagined and reimagined around the world. III Formers were surprised with an ice cream truck before laying the groundwork in team-building for their four-day, three-night journey to Brantwood Camp.
