Remember feeling like a million bucks stepping outdoors, post lockdown?! It’s like we won the lottery, and the prize was fresh air & freedom🤩🌲 • In Summer 2020 we took our longest backpacking trip—5 nights/6 days. We slowed down and made camp early each day.. allowing for longer happy hours at a different lake every night 🤩. My brother carried a fishing pole, cards, and frisbee! 😆 • 🎒I borrowed a backpack 2x too big and carried more food than we needed.. allowing us to play outdoors an extra night. • 🤠 My Dad, Papa Squirrel, hired a Cowgirl & mule to carry his backpack to the top of the mountain so he could join!
