AND, Some of the best spots we’ve camped at have been totally free 🤫. • If you’re in Cali or would like to visit someday, be sure to SAVE these areas to disperse camp,⛺️or 🚌 • ⛰The #AlabamaHills are less than an hour south of #Mammoth and make for the perfect stop on your road trip to Lake Tahoe! Hint—Spring & Summer are more conducive to tent camping ❄️. • 🌵Joshua Tree—just south of the National Park entrance you’ll find some incredible BLM land, all free to disperse camp. Spread out and take your pick of spots, no reservations needed. We plan to spend Valentine’s Day here 💰🚫🙌☺️. • 💀Death Valley National Park— yep, this is one of the few US NP’s where it’s OK to disperse camp INSIDE the park.
