Hi, my name is Neal Pease. I'm a professor of History at UW-Milwaukee, specializing in European history and a sideline in history of sport, especially baseball and soccer. I have served as the university's Faculty Athletic Representative since 2018. Every NCAA member institution is required to have a FAR, whose function is to provide oversight over the academic integrity of our athletic program, and to advocate for the well being of our student athletes. It is a very rewarding job, that affords the opportunity to work with the fine professionals who make up our athletic administration, and to assist the student-athletes who work hard to represent UWM while pursuing their educational and life goals. #MeetUsMonday
