Hi, my name is Jenn Dore and I am a junior on the women’s volleyball team here at UWM. To say that being a student-athlete has been easy would be a lie, I have been pushed hard to make both my college education and athletics a reality. Milwaukee has given me the chance to explore what makes me more than just an athlete. I am currently studying kinesiology and plan to attend graduate school for physical therapy. I have quickly realized that helping others reach their personal and physical fitness goals is a life long journey that I cannot wait to explore. On top of my athletic and academic endeavors, I have found a creative and artistic side through the UWM athletics’ social media team. This experience has pushed me outside my comfort zone and helped me to delve into the media side of athletics.
