Ingredients: -1 box Vanilla Cake (+ ingredients) -blue and red jello powder (3oz packages) -2 cups water -2 cups whipped cream or cool whip -Mike and Ike’s -sprinkles -extra frosting tinted beige 1. Prepare your cake according to package directions in a sheet pan. Once cooled, poke holes all over the cake with a straw. 2. Combine the jello packages with 1 cup water each, allowing the liquid to cool to room temperature. 3. Alternating between the colors, pour the liquid jello onto the cake in rows. 4. Spread on the whipped cream and smooth with an offset spatula. 5. Add sprinkles around the edges of the cake, then place pairs of red and blue Mike and Ike’s all over the cake.
