For AAPI Heritage Month, we’ve teamed up with geraldfermin to spotlight a new local Filipino business in SOMA’s Filipino Cultural District, thesarapshop. From humble beginnings hosting vegan kamayans in their apartment to opening their food truck, their own brick-and-mortar space, a spot on the 6th floor at Chase Center, and now their new headquarters on 171 Stillman Street, they have had quite a journey.
