Have you heard of the Florida Apple Snail? šš
Florida is home to several species of Pomacea apple snails including one native species, the Florida apple snail, and four exotics native to South America. These small creatures lay eggs all over the swampy terrain, which are salmon pink at first and quickly turn white, looking like a string of pearls before they hatch.
