Have you ever wanted to learn to handstand? Here’s 3 things to work on to try and reach that goal: 1. Downward dog with forward weight shift – this will help you to learn to hold weight on your hands and be upside down 2. Handstand kick-ups – start with either your left or right leg in front and the other leg lifted up behind you. Slowly kick off your front leg into an L shape while balancing on your hands 3. Wall Walk-ups - start in a push-up position and slowly walk your feet up the wall and walk your hands towards the wall until you are in a handstand position. From here you can work to hold the handstand for longer and longer 4. Try your handstand! Make sure you're consistent to see progress!
