As a young lacrosse player, he was always looking for a competitive advantage. We worked with Zack to keep him healthy through not just lacrosse season, but through the year. It has been amazing to see Zack grow up into an incredible young man. Though I had moved from Victoria to Langley, it was nice to keep an eye on Zack and see that he made the junior Shamrocks team. He and his family always kept in touch and when they were in Langley, they always invited me to come to his games!
