Second time we’re doing it f45_training_southeagle. It allows you to focus in on 5 distinct moves and create weight maxes or rep maxes. Work your way around the room with a partner. 3 sets at each station to find your max and push yourself to new limits. . . Station 1️⃣ Clean to Kettlebell Rack Squat - max weight for 10 reps Station 2️⃣ Dumbell Flat Bench Press - max weight for 10 reps Station 3️⃣ Chin Up Overhand Grip - max unbroken reps in 45 seconds Station 4️⃣ Barbell Romanian Deadlift - max weight for 10 reps Station 5️⃣ Push Up - max unbroken reps in 45 seconds . .
