May is “Military Appreciation Month” in the USA. We couldn’t think of anything more important during this time than discussing the rising epidemic of mental health issues and suicide amongst active military and veterans. We reached out for information from The Headstong Project getheadstrong a national non-profit serving in Idaho whose mission is to provide active-duty military service members and veterans with no-cost mental health services and resources as they deal with trauma. On theboisebubble we speak with Dr. Amy Williams - Chief Clinical Officer at The Headstong Project and tony.j.liles a Meridian Idaho resident, veteran and mental health advocate.
