PACOIMA 8-16-21: A suspected racing crash injured an innocent motorist. Onlookers that heard the crash flooded the area, coming across two cars, with one innocent older man trapped inside one. He was extricated but LAFD and transported in unknown condition. The other car at one point lit on fire, and the driver of that vehicle was transported as well.
