NEWHALL 10-17-20: A pickup truck crashed into a structure off Lyons Avenue near Walnut Street in Newhall. The truck driver refused medical treatment from LACoFD firefighters. The driver was tested for DUI and taken detained for driving approximately 3x over the legal limit.
