Have you noticed the newly installed flashing yellow left turn arrows at intersections throughout the city⁉️#TrafficTuesday Don’t get these confused with the flashing red signals!! 🚦 A flashing yellow left turn arrow means a driver may turn with caution, after yielding to oncoming cars, bicycles and pedestrians.  CVC 21801(a), another one of our common primary collision factors in the city, states that a driver may make a left turn only after yielding the right of way to oncoming vehicles and when such turn can be made with reasonable safety.
