“I just really love the community of the people that work here. Everyone is close knit; I met all my best friends here. It is just fun to work here.” Luci Anderson, recently graduated with majors in History and Classics & Religious Studies. During her time in college, she worked her way up at Campus recreation from being a Member Services employee to a Facility Manager before graduation. She said that her positions at Campus Recreation taught her communication skills, basic workplace manners, and time management skills. Luci said another big skill she learned on the job was how to be flexible and adapt to changes. “A lot of things that happen here, aren’t really what they train you for and you don’t really know how to deal with it. So, learning how to adapt quickly and being okay with changes.
