What clubs or organizations do you think will set you up for future opportunities? Getting involved can help you gain valuable skills and make excellent additions to your experience. Kaleab Mengistu, a mechanical engineering student, found a place with Husker Motor Sports and says, “It’s something great to put on your resume share during your interviews.” Clubs and organization are also a great way to network and get hands on experience. “I think Husker Motor Sports is how I got my job. The people who employed engineers knew us or knew someone who knows about us… We actually even get employers who reach out to us and want to hire people from our team,” says Mengistu. If you would like to share your experience with and clubs or organizations on campus, please leave a comment below or directly send us a message. #huskermotorsports #huskers #involvedunl #unl #unlclub
