Welcome to PART 1 of my alcohol and weight loss series where I’ll be covering what you need to know if you’re on a weight loss journey, and a littel confused on how much you can drink or if you can at all! Well I’ll be the first to tell you I am an advocate for everything in moderation, and that is still true when it comes to drinking while trying to lose weight, but that does not mean drinking is healthy even if it’s one drink a week. It just means if you’d like to enjoy drinks from time to time, that’s still possible to include that in your life even when trying to lose weight!
