The mixed emotions running through me right now, has left me sitting here with tears in my eyes but also a big smile at the same time.. 🥺☺️🌿🤍 It’s another reality check that even though I worked my ass off for the last 5 years and controlled all the controllables, it was a damn uncontrollable that got the better of me and I won’t be where I’ve earned the right to be😔🥺😭❤️‍🩹 BUT it also reminds me of the team that’s going to represent us at the Tokyo Olympics 🤩- and in particular these women right here, who for the last 5 + years have lead the way both on and off the field! The true definition of a blackferns 7s player and all the honour and responsibilities that come with it. They make you want to BE BETTER! EVERY.SINGLE.DAY!
