Where to start! How about here - KIDS GO BACK TO SCHOOL ON MONDAY! πππ½ππ½π€£. REAL TRUTHS.
For the first two ish weeks of lockdown period, I pushed and pushed myself to try keep my life to how it was pre lockdown - Training twice a day, kids, house chores, etc etc!. I think I was naive in thinking I could do it all, while having the kids 24/7 with me, Iβve loved spending more time with my girls (most time in the last 5 years) but damn -24/7 and only being able to walk around the block and be at home - ITS FRIKEN HARD, parents/ caregivers you know the know π
ππ€. Physically I knew I could do it, no problem β
but mentally I was fading REAL quick π©β. I took a step back and for once in a very long time I took off my Niall the athlete hat and put on my Niall the mumma, teacher, baker, home decorator, podcast guest speaker anything and everything that was quite different to my normal Niall.. and you know what? IT FELT AMAZING ππ½πβΊοΈ. To be honest it felt like a weight had lifted off...
