We headed to boisecoop at villageatmeridian. Their wine specialist recommended we get this red blend from silkandspicewine in Portugal to get an authentic taste. (They have a large selection of wines that are price $15 or less.) This isn’t the time to use your investment wine. Inexpensive table wine, or leftover red wine is best.
