Convicted killer Scott Peterson is pushing for a new trial, and he's set to have a hearing Wednesday about DNA evidence he wants introduced that he says will prove his innocence. Peterson is being aided by the L.A. Innocence Project, which says he has been wrongfully convicted of murdering his wife Laci Peterson and unborn son.
