This weeks Guardian of the Game ⭐️is Coach Katie from our Spring Valley program. Coach Katie is coaching in her first season with Girls Rugby and also has a daughter, Lily that plays in the league! ⠀ • ⠀ • ⠀ " I love having a hand in influencing the next generation of women, rugby players, and leaders by being a role model on and off the field. They look up to me as a coach and a strong female. I want to show them that with the right mindset and passion, their possibilities for success are endless." 💪🏼 ⠀ • ⠀ • ⠀ When asked what her favorite thing about coaching with Girls rugby so far she said, "My favorite thing is helping these girls grow their confidence, leadership abilities, and social skills through having fun and their burgeoning love of rugby.
