HOW TO MAKE ↴
- 1/2 c oats
- 1/2 c milk of choice
- 1 tbs chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
- sprinkle of salt & cinnamon
- 1 heaped tbs protein or collagen powder *opt*
- 2 tbs yogurt
- 1 tbs honey or maple syrup
- almost empty jar of nut butter
combine everything in the jar. shake it up. refrigerate overnight. add toppings in the morning & enjoy :)
