Yet, for it to be Funeral For A Friend’s faultless collection, the songs that inspired him to pursue music in the first place, is monumental. So, from putting himself forward to allow the band to continue their reunion rounds following the departure of vocalist Matt Davies-Kreye, to see him deliver one of the best performances of his career is nothing short of a triumph. From ‘Juneau’ to ‘Streetcar’, ‘Rookie Of The Year’ to a rare showing of ‘Front Row Seats to the End of the World’, everything is delivered with precision, power and passion. The result is a true moment of history, something that will be talked about for years to come and then some.
