This run did not go as planned, but at least my post-run recovery was tasty. Maple milk is such a perfect recovery drink because it has an ideal ratio of carbs to protein (~3:1) to replenish and repair tired muscles as well as electrolytes to help rehydrate 💪 but honestly I drink it mainly bc it’s delicious 🤌
