The French alps are fun… even if you have no sense of direction and a propensity for getting lost 😂 This run did not go as planned, but at least my post-run recovery was tasty. Maple milk is such a perfect recovery drink because it has an ideal ratio of carbs to protein (~3:1) to replenish and repair tired muscles as well as electrolytes to help rehydrate 💪 but honestly I drink it mainly bc it’s delicious 🤌 The Secret Recipe: 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon maple syrup #gonnaneedmilk #ad gonnaneedmilk #marathontraining #262 #frenchalps
