Behind the scenes on Brew Day! 🍺 We teamed up with the winning undergraduate student group from UC Davis’s undergraduate course, Practical Malting and Brewing course. Together, we scaled up their winning recipe for production, and they joined our brewers to produce the 2024 Iron Brew! Stay tuned for the release of their beer...
