I now live in Atlanta, GA with my husband, two stepdaughters and our two dogs, Biggie (GoodBoiBiggie_Yorkie on insta haha) and Pup-Pup. My husband, eldest daughter and I all work together at our advertising agency Chemistry ( VisitTheLab ) while our youngest attends college at UNC Greensboro where she just completed her freshman year as a student-athlete on the Volleyball team. I often reminisce about my days as a student-athlete - the wins and the loses - but today, I can’t help but to recall my 2001 season. Specifically, the morning of September 11th when I awoke to the news that a plane had struck the World Trade Center. As I dressed for practice, we still had not realized the half of it.
