This lavender cake is SO good! The most perfect spring and summer cake. I can’t say it’s “super easy” but I will say it’s worth the extra effort and the two extra steps (infused lavender milk and lavender syrup) can be made the day before. The cake is fluffy, moist and buttery. The lavender flavor is perfection and even my kids loved it! I didn’t think they wouldn’t like the lavender flavor, but that ate it up! It was a HIT and if you’re a lavender crazy person like me 😆 you must make this!!
