Prospects Report-Player Signing-OF Pierce Blohowiak(Neenah, WI) signs with the Edmonton Prospects for the 2019 WCBL season. Pierce is a Freshman with the Yale Bulldogs. Pierce was a standout baseball player at Xavier High School being selected to multiple All Conference teams and was named to a Perfect Game All American in 2018. Along with his baseball accomplishments in High School Pierce broke the Wisconsin State 100 meter sprint record, which stood for 24 years since 1994. Pierce was an All Conference selection in Track and Field and was named Most Valuable Sprinter in Wisconsin in 2018. Yale University is located in Nee Haven, CT and plays in the Ivy League Division of NCAA Division 1 Baseball. The Prospects wish Pierce a successful Freshman season with the Bulldogs at Yale and look forward to seeing Pierce in our Prospects jersey this summer.
