A belief is a poor story from an experience we once had.⁠ .⁠ What that means is, we tend to misdiagnose ourselves. ⁠ .⁠ For example, you can go into a sales job, and then you get on a call with your first prospect and they tell you no, because the experience was a no, you then may develop beliefs that you're not good at sales.⁠ .⁠ Asking yourself,⁠ ⁠ ❌Is this for me? ⁠ ⁠ ❌Can I really do this? ⁠ .⁠ Or maybe you got cheated on, you had expectations of having amazing relationship with this person. ⁠ .⁠ They cheated on you. And because, the experiences, isn't what you expected, you then developed a belief that all guys and girls are cheaters.⁠ .⁠ This is how we develop beliefs about the world, because we get one negative experience and our brain will from there on, try and avoid and protect from those situations. ⁠ .⁠ This sometimes is the biggest pitfall for getting to your next level.⁠ .⁠ We need to let go of these limiting beliefs stopping us from uncovering our true potential.⁠ .⁠ 👉...
