A belief is a poor story from an experience we once had.
.
What that means is, we tend to misdiagnose ourselves.
.
For example, you can go into a sales job, and then you get on a call with your first prospect and they tell you no, because the experience was a no, you then may develop beliefs that you're not good at sales.
.
Asking yourself,
❌Is this for me?
❌Can I really do this?
.
Or maybe you got cheated on, you had expectations of having amazing relationship with this person.
.
They cheated on you. And because, the experiences, isn't what you expected, you then developed a belief that all guys and girls are cheaters.
.
This is how we develop beliefs about the world, because we get one negative experience and our brain will from there on, try and avoid and protect from those situations.
.
This sometimes is the biggest pitfall for getting to your next level.
.
We need to let go of these limiting beliefs stopping us from uncovering our true potential.
