And just like that - thanksgiving is less than two weeks away. I’ll be posting my thanksgiving menu this week and I’m so excited to share all of the goods! Among them is this Sourdough Stuffing - it can be made 2 days in advance and is made with a sausage, fresh herbs (heavy on the sage), pecans, and dried cranberries - it’s so flavorful. An unlikely choice for stuffing, but sourdough gives this dish a delightful taste and holds onto the liquid without becoming too soggy (I hate a soggy stuffing).
