The No. 1 overall player on our most recent Builder Board will be Palm Beach County's only representative in the nationally recognized all-star game, which is set for Jan. 9, 2016 at the Alamo Dome in San Antonio, Texas. "It's an honor to be recognized for such a prestigious accomplishment," Richards said. "I'm overly excited for the opportunity to represent my team, my school and my family.
