That’s the day the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments for the case that’s trying to restrict access to mifepristone, a pill used in medication abortion. Mifepristone is safe and effective—and it has been used by millions of people. This junk-science case that started in one extreme judge’s courtroom should’ve never gone this far in the first place.
