Fav moments of the year… Soph @underated_jalen is an example of consistent and persistent work. Jalen is automatically the underdog in most cases standing about 5-4”, but he never makes excuses. He quietly works but his his performances speak volumes. His progress speaks for itself. He was a conference 60m finalist indoors, and then finds his way to both the 100m & 200m finals outdoors. He ends the season at 6.91 in the 60m, 10.67 in the 100m and was very impressive in the 200m going from 22.37 last season to 21.57 this season. Over a half second drop! This man is no joke and it’s a pleasure to work with him. #proudcoach
