Fav moments of the year… Sophomore @hvrryo anchors the 4x400m relay in perfect fashion to split 46.6 and put the relay on the conference podium and help them to a season best. He did this after a lifetime best in the open 400m of 48.34, a final that he was not supposed to make. The relay split was his first time ever under 47 seconds. And I loved seeing his progress in the 200m to 21.77 this season as well. A big future is in the making! #proudcoach
