Bubbles & burgers, anyone? Jubilee attendees were treated to the fab combo, thanks to veuveclicquot. The legendary Champagne house paired its signature Yellow Label Champagne with burgers by Chef Nadine Ghantous, the sous chef at rolosnyc, one of New York’s hottest restaurants.
Chef nadineghant created two exclusive smash burgers on fluffy brioche buns for the Veuve pairing. Her Un Peu Piquant featured caramelized onions and jalapeño, white cheddar, bacon, and spicy mayo. Her La Bombe Burger was topped with white cheddar, onion, and burger sauce. Both went perfectly with Veuve Clicquot’s Yellow Label Champagne with its fruity notes and rich & silky texture.
