📍 ‘Cille & ‘Scoe - GSO I wanted something different but delicious for a birthday brunch and the first place that came to mind was cilleandscoe ! We visited on their opening day a couple of years ago and it was such a treat seeing how far they’ve come in such a short amount of time! ‘Cille and ‘Scoe offers a unique dining experience blending modern and upscale vibes with traditional southern cuisine. The restaurant pays homage to the culinary heritage of the owner Sean’s grandparents, who were early advocates of farm-to-table dining. Our crew showed out by ordering a little of everything. Cinnamon rolls, breakfast pizza, chicken biscuits, mimosa flights and cocktails - the whole works! And the biscuit board… an absolute fav. I’ll go back every week just for that alone!
