Ingredients for the burgers:
6 Beyond Meat Smash Burger Patties
6 Slices Daiya Cheddar Cheese Slices
¼ cup Burger Sauce
12 Pickles
6 burger Buns
Burger Sauce:
½ cup vegan mayo
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp white sugar
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
For the sauce: Mix everything and keep inside the fridge until needed
Burgers:
1. Defrost the Bevond Meat patties. Meanwhile. heat up your pan to medium heat for 10 minutes. Carefully place your Beyond Meat onto the Griddle and press down carefully with a spatula. Next using the spatula flip the burger over and squish it like a pancake. Let it cook for about 60 seconds. Do the same for all of them.
